About Me
Hi! I'm Yewon Lee — an urban planner with a strong focus on real estate-informed planning, data-driven decision making, and inclusive urban development. With a Master’s degree in City and Metropolitan Planning and a background in Urban Ecology and Architecture from the University of Utah, I bridge technical analysis with user-centered design.
I have hands-on experience in GIS-based transit planning, equity assessments for TOD (Transit-Oriented Development), and stakeholder engagement processes. I’m especially interested in how public infrastructure and real estate strategies can align to enhance livability, accessibility, and economic growth.
I believe in planning that connects people, places, and systems — and I’m eager to contribute to interdisciplinary teams that transform data into actionable insights and sustainable solutions.
